"Our family moved into our beautiful home almost 9 years ago. At the time, we had a 3 year old and a newborn and I was just returning to work from maternity leave. There was no time or energy to decorate the formal living/dining room area.

A few years later, my husband suddenly passed away. As a solo parent, I’ve just been surviving since then - and those same rooms were still as if we just moved in. Random furniture from our old house, craft supplies, and zero decor.

After some time to heal, and growing tired of being embarrassed to have company over, I reached out to Ash a few weeks ago to look at the space. She was warm and friendly, the type of person you feel immediately comfortable with. This was especially important since I tend to find interior designers to be intimidating. She listened to my concerns, asked pointed questions, and really seemed to have a talent for arranging a space to suit our needs.

She quickly got to work, sending inspiration pics and layouts, and finding exceptional pieces at amazing prices to fit our budget.

The final product is something out of a magazine. I can finally feel proud to invite people into my home with a beautiful and inviting living/dining area. I find myself walking into the space over and over again, delighted at what I see. I can’t believe this is my home!
